For more difficult deposits like mineral accumulation, hard greases, concrete, and grout wash, you need a vibrating D-Roto rotational tool. Balanced rotation coupled with powerful vibration to clear hard blockages, the strong vibration generated by an asymmetrical rotor unleashes a torrent of force on hard-to-clean material. The D-Roto dissolves buildup on heavily soiled pipe walls, with several options of jet patterns (with or without thrust nozzles) to cater to the job’s unique needs. These tools are not intended for more fragile pipe materials due to the forceful vibrating action, ideally working in tandem with a camera system to monitor the tool in action. Fresh water only.

The most popular of the D-Roto line, the RTK vibrates and rotates, making it ideal for flushing pipelines and their cross connections from strong grease deposits and heat exchangers. Operates with low pump power, with two tangential 80-degree ports on the sides and two half-tangential thrusting/flushing ports at 45 to the rear. This combination jet pattern dedicates 60-70% thrust from its powerful rear jets to travel down the pipe, with the remaining 30-40% power directed through its free-spinning side jets for a 360-degree clean.

The RTH is a free-spinning rotary nozzle with four rear-pointing cutting jets that achieve both flushing and propulsion, utilizing less water overall by performing both functions simultaneously. Suitable for flushing large quantities of soft roots and loose material, as well as breaking up and rinsing out lime and concrete sludge deposits. Also available without thrust.

Rotating nozzle with 4 side cleaning jets arranged tangentially at 80 degrees and 3 thrust ports. Designed for drainage pipes with transverse holes like cross bores, the nozzle effectively cleans all hard-to-reach angles with great force to flush out corners, avoiding the dreaded striping effect as the side jets spin and clean.

The RTV is a free-spinning nozzle has a front jet that packs intense unplugging power, while the side jets aim slightly forward at the pipe walls to release any residues or buildup, and the rear thrust nozzles flush the material out.
