How long has your company been an Authorized Warthog Dealer?

Since 2008.

What Country (state if applicable) and city are you located in?

Ohio and Michigan in the United States.

How long have your company been in business?

Since 1975 so for 45 years!

What’s a fun fact about your company or the people who work for you?

Almost everyone in our company is either a friend or relative so we are a very tight-knit group.

Do you have a good story on how you helped a customer solve a problem or issue?

There are too many to count. The Warthog nozzles have will solved more customer problems than any other tool our company sells. Whether someone is having issues with roots, grease, calcium; you name it and we’ve helped them solve it with a Warthog tool.

Why is serving sewer and drain cleaners important to you and your company?

Our customers play a critical part in keeping their communities running. We love to be there to support the communities through them by providing them with the tools and training they need to get the job done.

What is something your customers encounter with jetting jobs in your region? Is it certain root blockages, damaged pipes?

A lot of times customers are dealing with tough root problems but in delicate pipe material. The sweet spot with the Warthog is being able to resolve their problem without endangering the integrity of their pipes.

Any words of wisdom for individuals looking to get into jetting?

Invest in the right nozzles. People will drop a ton of money on a sewer jetter and then just run with the cheap basic nozzles that come standard with the unit. We always say that if you invest $500K in a sewer cleaning truck and put a piece of garbage nozzle on the end of it; you will end up with a $500K piece of garbage (P.S. we don’t actually say garbage ;)). A jetter will only perform as well as the nozzle you put on the end of the hose so don’t neglect that part of the investment.

What is the best part about selling Warthogs nozzles to your customers?

The reactions. It never gets old seeing how amazed a customer get when we pull back yards of roots with a controlled rotation nozzle. So many people are still completely reliant on saw blades and chain knockers that they are just in awe when we show them what can be accomplished with just water.

Any reason why someone should consider purchasing a Warthog nozzle?

It will be the number one tool used in their arsenal. Not only is it powerful, but it is very versatile. From general cleaning, to deposits, to roots, to grease; a Warthog will be your go to nozzle for 90% of everything you will encounter in sewer cleaning.

If your company had to be described as a certain fruit or vegetable, which one would it be and why?

A tomato because we don’t limit ourselves to one definition. We provide equal support on sales and service so like a tomato, we aren’t defined by one category (fruit or vegetable).
