What’s a fun fact about your company or the people who work for you?
Most people think that our current president chose the Jet-Vac Orange color because he is a HUGE Clemson fan. The color was chosen by the original owner, who was a Florida State fan. He chose it because most sewer companies at the time adopted green, like the green sewer pipes. He wanted to stand out from the crowd and be different – and we certainly are!
Why is serving sewer and drain cleaners important to you and your company?
We all live and thrive in these states. It is so important for us to support our local municipalities and contractors. Anything that we can do to make their jobs easier, helps us and our communities!
What is your favorite part of serving your customers in your area?
We love challenges. We love to help someone out with a tough problem and give them impeccable service in the process.
What is something your customers encounter with jetting jobs in your region? Is it certain root blockages, damaged pipes? etc.?
Our customers encounter a lot of roots, sand and clay in this area of the country.
What is the best part about selling Warthogs nozzles to your customers?
We know that this product works and it is dependable. We have an incredible Nozzle Lab here with 2 guys that can repair (just about) anything that is thrown at us.
If your company had to be described as a certain fruit or vegetable, which one would it be and why?
An Orange – duh! But seriously, an orange is a great example of Jet-Vac. We are all individuals with our own strengths and weaknesses. We all have our specific jobs and skill sets. But together, we make a perfect package!
