I know that there is much unrest, confusion and fear around COVID-19 and what it means to you personally, to our companies, to our beloved communities, and to the global economy. These are unprecedented times and the whole world is reacting real-time to the lockdowns being enacted. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to take care of our employees and their families during this global crisis – so that we can continue to take care of you, our customers, with minimal interruption, and ensure that we are able to safely serve a global industry that needs to be cleaned.
- We are minimizing the number of people in our offices, creating a rotating team who will fulfill orders while the rest of us work from home. We are doing this to do our part to stop the spread, following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines the best we can.
- Our rotating teams work under a stringent set of sanitation and operational guidelines.
- Our customer service teams are ready to help with your toughest cleaning jobs – remotely.
We also take a long-term view of our health as a company, ensuring all employees are supported so they can weather the storm. We do everything we can to avoid making short term decisions at the expense of our future and you can be assured that we will be here for you when our industry begins to recover.
